At FREK, we take pride in preparing every order with care and precision.
Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped within 48 hours (2 business days).
As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to follow your delivery in real time.
Delivery time may vary between 1–3 business days depending on your location and courier service availability.
During high-volume periods (such as seasonal campaigns or public holidays), slight delays may occur — but our team is always on top of it to ensure your FREK gear reaches you as soon as possible.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of every FREK product.
If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.

Return requests must be sent via email to the_frek@outlook.com before shipping the product back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days via the original payment method
.
For hygiene reasons, socks and other intimate wear cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs

The initial shipping of your order is covered by FREK.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

In the case of defective or incorrect items, FREK will fully cover all shipping fees.
