Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

Customer: The customer who makes a purchase through the website

2. Subject of the Agreement
 

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation regarding the sale and delivery of the products/services ordered by the Buyer electronically through the Seller’s website.

3.Product Information

The main features of the products, sales price, payment method, and delivery conditions are published on the website.
The prices listed and announced on the website are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated or changed.

4. Payment Terms

The Customer may pay via the secure payment systems integrated into the website (via Iyzico infrastructure).
The order becomes valid after payment confirmation.
In case of payment via credit card, the Buyer agrees to comply with the terms set by their bank.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Bu within the period indicated on the order page, depending on stock availability.
Delivery is carried out through contracted cargo companies.
Delays due to the cargo company or force majeure are not under the Seller’s responsibility.

6.Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing or via email within this period.

Products to be returned must be:
   •    Unused,
   •    Undamaged,
   •    With original tags and packaging.

Once the return is approved, the Seller will refund the Buyer within 14 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs belong to the Buyer unless otherwise stated on the product page.
 

7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:
   •    Used or damaged products,
   •    Custom-designed or personalized items,
   •    Hygiene-related products (such as socks, undergarments, etc.).

8. Warranty and Liability

The Seller is responsible for delivering products in full, undamaged, and in accordance with the order details.
If a defective product is delivered, the Customer must notify the Seller within 2 business days upon delivery.
Necessary actions will be taken in line with replacement or refund procedures.

9.Dispute Resolution

In any dispute arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Customer’s or Seller’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Commerce.

10. Effective Date

This Agreement becomes effective upon the Customer’s electronic confirmation before completing the order.
